U.S. Supreme Court ruling against AZ dog toy

The U.S. Supreme Court concluded Thursday that the squeaky dog toy on the right, manufactured by a Scottsdale firm, illegally infringed on the trademark of Jack Daniels.

Those squeaky dog toys made by an Arizona firm that mimic Jack Daniels bottles may be a thing of the past.
